“How to Go out from Your Sadness”

As a human, we had felt sad. Sad is the feeling that very disturb us. If  we are sad, we can not do anything well. Sad can come by many cases, such us because of disappointed, broken heart, and hurted.
When we are sad, we will always try to find out the way to make us forget our sadness for a while or forever. Everyone deserves to choose the manner that they like.
They are many manners that you can choose by the tips that I will give you to go out from your sadness and back to be happy.
J  Smile.
This is the first thing that you have to do. Even though you are sad, just try to smile because by smilling you can feel like you are happy.
J Sing and dance.
You can adjust your favorite song and follow the music to sing and dance, but as a suggestion, you may set song who has spirit music. So you can enjoy in it.
J Sport.
There are many benefits of sporting, but if  you do it when you are sad, it will be different. When you are sad and then sport, that can help you to get new spirit and get good mood to forget your sadness.
J Write.
By writing you can forget your sadness. You may write all the things that you felt in a peace of paper, and read it. After that burn it. Promise in your self, after the paper burned, you have to back to be happy like before you felt that sadness.
J Do something.
In this manner, you can do something that you like and make you feel better. If  by eating you can feel better, do it !
You can try your favorite activity to help you feel better from your sadness.
J Travelling.
This is one of many good manners. It helps you to refresh your brain, minimize or lose your sadness. You can find a wonderful and natural place.
J Spend your time
You can look for your spare day, and use it to share or just meet with your beloved people, because actually their present can help you lose out your hurt.
J Think Positive
By thinking positive, you can through your sadness. You just have to believe in your self that what your feeling now will never kill you. This case can make you become to be better.
Everyone deserves choose the best way for them to be used. As long as we do not surrender with the problem. Sure we can through it. We just have to avoid something that can make bad effect for us and other.
